We properly manage and operate, as the designated manager of Kawasaki Marien, the revenue business of the port office according to the purpose in establishing Kawasaki City Port Promotion Hall.
We are commissioned by Kawasaki City to manage and operate the barbecue area and other facilities in Higashi Ogishima Naka Koen adjacent to Kawasaki Marien.
We install automatic beverage vending machines for the convenience of users of Kawasaki Marien, Higashi Ogishima Naka Koen, and Higashi Ogishima Nishi Koen.
We produce shark-themed goods such as stuffed shark "Kawajiro" and the Kawasaki Port symbol character "Kawamarukun" on display at Marien; sell them at Kawasaki Marien reception desk and event venues; and handle mail orders from the website. The purpose is to help residents and business operators become familiar with Kawasaki Port and Kawasaki Marien.
In addition, we produce night view legacy postcards to commemorate the Japan night view legacy registration. The postcards are sold at the Marien reception desk. Consignment sale is also used.
We sell ping-pong balls and shuttlecocks for gymnasium users. We also sell toiletries for users of the shower facilities.
