Public Interest Incorporated Foundation Kawasaki Port Promotion Association is an organization which handles personal information. We recognize our social responsibility and mission, and comply with various laws and regulations concerning the protection of personal information. When conducting business affairs of this association, we will endeavor to handle personal information accurately and safely based on the following policy.
Personal information will be used within the following range.
(1) Verifying you when you receive services of our association
(2) Sending PR magazines and distributing various information to you
(3) Contacting you regarding use of facilities, lectures, and events
(4) Request for various questionnaire surveys
(5) Creation of statistical data processed into a form that cannot identify individuals
(6) Use and recording of visit direction information for inquiries
(7) Confirmation of use situation for crime or accident prevention
In principle, we will notify you when collecting information for purposes other than those listed above.
Personal information will not be provided to third parties except when contracting out affairs in order to carry out purpose of use. However, in the following cases, we may provide personal information to third parties without obtaining prior consent from you.
(1) When required by laws and ordinances
(2) When necessary for the protection of human life, body, or property
(3) When particularly necessary for improvement of public health or promotion of healthy development of children
(4) When required to cooperate with a national agency, a local public entity, or a person entrusted with the responsibility to carry out affairs prescribed by laws and regulations
We take reasonable and appropriate safety measures against personal information leakage, destruction, loss, tampering, misuse, etc.
Upon your request to disclose, correct, add, or delete your personal information, we will respond appropriately and promptly.
We will endeavor to make sure everyone engaged in the affairs recognize the importance and responsibility of personal information protection. Also, when contracting out work for the purpose of carrying out the purpose of use, we will endeavor to properly manage and oversee the contractor concerning the handling of personal information.
We will comply with related laws concerning personal information.
