Public Interest Incorporated Foundation Kawasaki Port Promotion Association is an organization which handles personal information.   • (1) Verifying you when you receive services of our association

  • (2) Sending PR magazines and distributing various information to you

  • (3) Contacting you regarding use of facilities, lectures, and events

  • (4) Request for various questionnaire surveys

  • (5) Creation of statistical data processed into a form that cannot identify individuals

  • (6) Use and recording of visit direction information for inquiries

  • (7) Confirmation of use situation for crime or accident prevention

  In principle, we will notify you when collecting information for purposes other than those listed above.

Also, when contracting out work for the purpose of carrying out the purpose of use, we will endeavor to properly manage and oversee the contractor concerning the handling of personal information.
